Data science is an interdisciplinary field that uses scientific methods, processes, algorithms, and systems to extract knowledge and insights from noisy, structured, and unstructured data, and apply knowledge and actionable insights from data across a broad range of application domains. Data science is related to data mining, machine learning, and big data.
Why Data Science~!
In terms of today's Technology data is the word we would hear a lot, everything around us is data, Ex: If you search “Hp Laptops” in your browser it stores the data in the form of a cookie in the browser that is used as a recommendation in other sites like “Amazon / Flipkart, etc” that is the use of data around us.
The use of Many Data together to predict, analyze, solve, or to Better the work which is carried out is called Data Science
Or in another word the Study of data is called Data Science.
My Starting point into Data Science
Practically speaking the 21st Century picks every move we make into data, After my Graduation started to work in a Private Limited Company in a Quality Assurance Department as QA Engineer, I/We have come across many Internal, Supplier, and Customer Complaints, I had to analyze the issue and have to solve the problem by finding its root cast, however, the issue would forecast itself in other forms, I had to Rize my skill set w.r.t problem-solving.
I knew that I was using data to solve the problems, but had no idea how to use the data Efficiently, In this Stage of my life a friend Suggested Data Science would increase my skills in Problem solving.
Data Science is in a Rise today, the Demand of Data Scientists and Data Analyst is becoming very High, the Change into Data Science would help me a lot in the Future. That is when I heard about Analytics Vidhya.

2. Interview Stage:
It would not be any Technical related Questions on Data Science, Interview would be based on Communication, quantitative and structured thinking skills.
Communication skills are nothing but your skill to Communicate to the receiver as effectively and efficiently as possible. Quantitative Skills: It is the Mathematical Skill set which you can increase by referring to your basic 8th to 12th Maths and also your Degree Math, and You Could Refer to books like *Quantitative Aptitude for Competitive Examinations by R S Aggarwal *Quant Aptitude for COMP Exams by Dinesh Khattar.
Structured thinking skills: It is a way of converting Un Structured data into structured data to solve the Problem or a CaseStudy. 3. After Your Interview you will be notified about your Results:
After you good to get into the Program you will be provided with an offer letter. It would contain the Details of when will the program start, the conditions & terms which need to be followed, and also Fee Details.
